About the Teen Center

The Colonial Heights Teen Center - also known as "Pete's Place," provides a recreational environment with the purpose of enriching the lives of the youth who attend by promoting self-worth, values, goals and the respect of others. We strive to provide an environment that is less likely for teens to resort to substance abuse, sex, violence and other forms of delinquent behavior.
